Both direct and indirect costs and time and what work processes might need changed and the benefits delivered. We can look at your service users to see if funding is available to get them digitally connected. Where needed we can build your business case for internal approval or investment.
Funding
There are many sources of funding to help UK companies digitally innovate, that can offset some of your costs. Eligibility depends on where you are based and the nature of the improvement. We will look for sources that you might apply for and help with the application.
Our process for digital innovation:
We follow a straightforward process:
- Understand: We undertake a discovery process for your organisation to work out where digital innovation may benefit you.
- Application: For any innovations you might want to consider we can plan out and cost the implementation. This may include giving multiple solutions e.g. different software. We will also highlight where we can assist with implementation or where you should bring in a technology expert who we will help you source.
- Funding: We will also look for potential funding sources that your company may be eligible for, to offset some of the costs.
- Go-no-go: Armed with all this information, you can make the decision whether to proceed or not with the innovation.
