As a managing director, Stuart uses his hard won business experience to add tangible value to all of his clients work. A physicist by background, he is an expert in strategy development and change management in the private, public and academic sectors with a very strong track record of delivery. He works with clients in Nuclear, Manufacturing, Engineering, Academic and Education sectors, both in the UK and Europe. His career includes extensive executive experience in business development, as well as communications, marketing, HR and learning and development. He has 30 years experience in private, public and academic sectors and has successful grown a number of engineering companies as a director, as well as a world leading research centre. He also a non-executive director of Just Breathe O2, a social enterprise that provides oxygen therapy treatments. By profession, he is Fellow of the Nuclear Institute. Stuart is also part of the Nuclear Knowledge Developers network.

David Robinson
David founded Red Evolution Ltd, a digital marketing agency, in 2003. He and his team work with a diverse range of global clients, including many technical and engineering organisations. He's a Chartered Engineer and Chartered IT Professional.

Donnie MacNicol
Donnie is an expert programme and organisational consultant working with organisations in both the public and private sector - from governments and multinationals to SMEs. He has recently worked with clients in Construction, Infrastructure, UK Parliament, Nuclear, Retail and Space sectors. He is also involved in a range of built environment initiatives and leading edge groups providing a broad understanding of the challenges faced across the sector. Dr Antony Barron
Antony is an independent education and research consultant with 25 years working in higher education, IT and business development. He held senior management and executive roles at two higher education institutes, reporting to the Vice-Chancellor. In his last position he managed strategic partnerships with BAE Systems, the BBC, the Royal Mail, Sellafield, and several NHS trusts and Police forces across the country. He is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Board of the British Psychological Society Awards and Assessment Ltd. He owns and runs Antony Howard Barron Ltd.
Dr David Vickers
David has more than 30 years’ experience as a researcher, academic and HR professional. David worked for many years in the chemical and telecommunications sectors in a variety of Human Resources and Organisational Development roles. His recent primary research in digital exclusion is already informing national policy. David is working across public, private, charity and social enterprise sectors. David runs Forthdale Consulting.
Dr John Coleman
John is an expert in helping companies prepare for entering new complex, safety critical markets. Practical ‘hands-on’ development and coaching support for organisations in, or entering , high-integrity markets such as nuclear energy. The range of activities that John covers includes Continuous Improvement and quality systems for processes through to business development and sales, taking a practical well-round view of the business readiness. Martin Ride
Martin is an established highly experienced nuclear, energy and wider industry business specialist. He is also a fellow of two leading UK professional bodies; the Nuclear Institute and Institute of Purchasing & Supply, with in excess of 40-years industry experience to draw on. He has an expert level of industrial knowledge and landscape experience, across research, complex engineering, technology, regulatory, defence and commercial domains. He provides valuable guidance-based insights into how industrial and nuclear and wider industry Buyer and Seller organisation act, think, react and work, particularly in the context of contracting strategies, approaches and expectations. Rana Dayoub
Rana has over 20 years’ experience working in Higher Education. Experience includes leading a consultancy team supporting HE website development, IT consultancy and research applications and projects, including quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data plans. Steeped in project delivery, Rana has also set up and run research assets and tools, consultation, interviews and surveys with employers and stakeholders as well as the collation of data and outputs, and reports. Other experience includes teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, working with international news bureaus, and organising an international conference that attracted key famous speakers and a worldwide audience.
