What about data security? Is it acceptable to gather this information?

We only use data your teams are willingly to provide. There is no covert data gathering, or sentiment analysis without staff knowledge, that you might have read about. They get a link and answer questions so they know what information they are providing. Its quick and easy, usually with 'sliders' or multi-choice and some text fields. In essence, the process is no different from a survey - only the questions are more meaningful and relevant. They also get a copy of the results within 24 hours.
