This is where the detail takes form. We work with you to calculate the costs of delivering your plans - operational costs, funding sources, marketing and sales costs, overhead costs. We also look at your revenue expectations and can scenario plan (low, medium, high case etc).This is captured in fine detail and rolled up for summary presentation.

Business Plan

With the source data gathered or calculated, we pull together the plan. We produce this in a format to suit the audience you are using it for e.g. if you are seeking funding or acceptability from a parent organisation, the focus on the messaging may be different than that required for an internal document.

  2. Due Diligence: We then work with you or your lead team to gather all necessary information including finance information. We provide market analysis where needed to fill in your knowledge gaps. We can also investigate your costs in more detail if needed to get a more accurate analysis.
  3. Produce the Plan: We write or help you write your business plan, tailored to the audience(s) you may use it with.
  4. Our method of working means the plan are yours with real internal ownership.
