We follow a straightforward process:
- Discovery: Understanding your finance data and systems, how it's structured and presented, and what you really need to manage your organisation.
- Filling In The Gaps: We then work with you or your finance team to gather all the information you need. Where there are gaps we work with them to fill it. E.g. You may have department costs, but these aren't broken down sufficiently to know what each product or service line costs you.
- Control: We then find ways of presenting the information to you, to allow better and clearer decision making.
