Executive Summary
Training 2000, a company with a 50-year heritage, had been acquired and wasn’t performing as expected. Significant market changes had occurred particularly to their main income stream. An initial investigation had already taken place. Solar Flare Services were engaged by the owners to work with the Executive Team.
